Walk forward 8 counts arms float up

 

Hip bumps on 8 counts starting right

1hold 2,  3hold4, 5, 6, 7&8 hold

Repeat Left

 

Walk back 8 counts arms float down

Repeat hip bumps right and left

 

Step back on left foot – Lift right hip to right shoulder 2x drop 2x lift 2x drop 1x step back on right

 

Repeat with left hip to left shoulder step back on left with right foot forward

 

Twist right hip forward 7x step back on count 8

Repeat with left hip 7x and step feet together

 

Ribcage figure 8’s starting right

 

3 step turn right end with left foot forward – left hip wagon wheel 2x – shoulder circle 4x (snake arms)

 

3 step turn left end with right foot forward – right hip wagon wheel 2x – shoulders circle 4x (snake arms)

 

Right foot cross in front of left – touch left foot and bump left hip

Repeat with left and bump the right hip

continue alternating 6 more X

 

Horizontal Hip figure 8’s 8x beginning with right hip

 

Shimmy 8x and jump to face right wall

Repeat to back, side and front walls

 

Omi right 3x - Pop on count 4

Repeat left

 

Shoulder Shimmy with scissor feet Right - repeat left, right, left
